One Day Winter Retreat

Adventure Spa and Satya Healing and Wellness are teaming up to offer you the ultimate relaxation experience for your body, mind, and soul in the heart of nature on Saturday March 9th, 2024.

We are offering a 3 hour wellness experience that includes the following listed below.


1 Hour Wood Fire Sauna Session

Experience alternating intervals of heat and rest during your sauna session.  Includes a heated room for changing or resting, as well as an outdoor rest area.

 Let the warmth of the sauna from Adventure Spa soothe your muscles and melt away tension, preparing you for a day of serenity.


1 Hour Yoga and Meditation session with Tammy Smith from Satya Healing & Wellness

Join Tammy from Satya Healing and Wellness for a blissful yoga and meditation session, connecting with your inner self and finding peace amidst nature's beauty.


1 Hour of rest in nature surrounding a large campfire

Immerse yourself in the tranquil surroundings of the woods, taking in the fresh air and scenic forest views. Relax by the crackling campfire in Adirondack chairs and savour healthy homemade soup cooked over the fire, nourishing your body and soul.

Flexible Schedule:

Choose from available times for your sauna session, which will be directly followed by a yoga and meditation session. Plus, enjoy relaxation time by the campfire either before or after your sessions, depending on your booking time.

We only have 8 spots available between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM on Saturday March 9th, 2024. 

Book in Groups:

Gather your friends or loved ones and book your group retreat today! Limited to 6 people per group at the price of $225 per group.

You may enjoy a more private session for one, or two people.  As low as $37.50 per person (based on 6 person occupancy), it is the perfect opportunity to prioritize your health and well-being.
