Our intention is to educate, empower, and inspire you to thrive.
We intend to create a safe and sacred space to heal and rejuvenate by using many surrounding elements such as our food, sound, laughter, movement & nature as our medicine.

By booking this wellness retreat, you will have a chance - an opportunity to rejuvenate your mind, body, and soul. You will gain a tremendous amount of personal and physical growth, mental restoration, and unlimited personal discovery.
What to expect the day of the retreat:
We first will come together as a group. As like-minded people, we will talk, share, and open our day with positive energy. We will connect with our breath and gentle movement through gentle flow yoga for all levels. Beginning with gentle flow yoga will ground and restore our souls.
Each participant will have a private session with one of our therapists for Reiki, reflexology, aroma therapy, OR a reading (those that first sign up will get their first pick).
A healthy vegetarian lunch will be provided. You will be exposed to Drumming which can be very therapeutic as it helps us to connect with our inner selves. Drumming can also be a unique and fun way to relax and rejuvenate our minds, body, and soul. Recent research indicates that drumming accelerates physical healing, boosts the immune system, and produces feelings of wellbeing.
Following lunch and drumming, we will move into sound bathing. Sound bathing is a way to relax with the sounds created by Tibetan bowls or a gong. With these sounds, our concentration can improve and our emotional tensions and blockages are eased. The sounds in combination with its vibrations can ease mental or emotional pain, low self-esteem, worries, fear, anger, anxiety, and depression.
We will then move into a Yin Yoga practice around a fire. This type of yoga can move deep into areas of stuck energy, thoughts, feelings, and blockages- penetrating these areas allows for an easier release of stuck or otherwise negative energy. But what can be even more beneficial is directing that positive yin energy towards the chakras, which in turn will help to release blocks or calm overactive centres.
We will close the day with gratitude and sharing around the open fire. We are also excited for this retreat.
